For many years this property was the site of the Fairview Farm, a successful agri-business harnessing the perfect location  on Highway 223 near the Dallas city limits.

 

There are several potential lifestyle options because of the highway frontage, completely

fenced 6.3 acres, quality buildings, and position in the UGB with city limits on the north and west property lines. Owners declined to enter city limits a few years ago, but that can be changed if you decide to develop the acreage.

 

The farm was certified organic for several years for dairy goats, chickens, tree fruit and
